eSealVac® Electric Fuel Drain Bowser

600-Gallon Fuel Recovery. No Infrastructure Required.

The Bottleneck Was Never the Aircraft

Fuel recovery is a maintenance bottleneck, not because the work is difficult, but because the equipment has always required its own support infrastructure. The original SealVac® changed how the aviation industry drains and recovers fuel. What it didn’t change was the infrastructure requirement: a 15-horsepower air compressor, 1,200 pounds of auxiliary equipment, and a facility capable of delivering 60 CFM at 100 PSI before the first drop transfers.

The eSealVac® removes the remaining bottleneck. It is a fully electric, battery-powered, self-contained fuel drain-and-recovery system with integrated solar recharging and onboard cyclonic fuel filtration. It goes where the aircraft is, operates independently, and maintains its own charge between deployments.

  • 600-gallon capacity with 25 GPM continuous-duty fuel transfer
  • 25.1 in Hg maximum vacuum from an onboard Becker rotary vane pump
  • 200-watt solar panel keeps batteries charged between uses
  • Cyclonic pre-filtration removes FOD and particulate debris before fuel enters the tank
  • Single-operator capable with a pushbutton control console

How the eSealVac® Compares

SealVac® Vacuum Fuel Drain Bowser

  • Drains fuel at up to 20 GPM using compressed air
  • Spill-free, sealed operation with single-operator capability
  • 600-gallon tank capacity handles large-volume draining
  • Connects to existing compressed air infrastructure (60 CFM @ 100 PSI)

Best for operations that already have compressed air and compressor equipment on-site and need a proven, reliable fuel draining solution.

eSealVac® Battery-Powered Vacuum Fuel Drain Bowser

All the benefits of the SealVac®, plus:

  • No compressor required — powered by four onboard Optima BlueTop 12V batteries
  • Faster fuel transfer at 25 GPM continuous duty
  • Stronger vacuum pull at 25.1 in Hg versus 17 in Hg
  • Cyclonic pre-filter removes FOD and particulates before fuel enters the tank
  • Self-sustaining with a 200W monocrystalline solar recharging panel
  • Minimal footprint — drive to the aircraft, connect, and operate

Best for operations that need a fully self-contained system with no infrastructure dependencies, or that work in remote, forward-deployed, or space-constrained environments.

25% higher throughput. 47% stronger vacuum. No compressor required.

Take Fuel Recovery Where Compressed Air Can't Go

The SealVac® platform proved that vacuum-based fuel recovery is faster, cleaner, and safer than gravity draining. That performance has never been the constraint. The constraint has been where you can deploy it.

Compressed air is abundant in established hangars and well-equipped maintenance bays. It is not abundant on a commercial MRO apron three buildings away from the nearest air drop. It is not available at a forward operating location stood up last month. It is not practical when the job requires moving between six aircraft across a facility in a single shift.

The eSealVac® takes the same sealed, spill-free recovery process and removes the tether. Every capability of the SealVac® platform, delivered by an all-electric system that requires nothing from your facility to operate.

Faster Deployment. Cleaner Recovery. Total Independence.

Engineered From the Ground Up for Independent Operation

The eSealVac® is a new product built around electric drive, onboard power generation, and integrated fuel filtration — not a retrofit or upgrade kit.

Higher Throughput, Stronger Vacuum The Fill-Rite NX25-DDCBF-PX pump transfers fuel at 25 GPM continuous duty on 24VDC. The Becker VT 4.8 rotary vane vacuum pump pulls 25.1 in Hg of sealed suction at the drain point before transfer begins — no fuel contacts the atmosphere, no vapors escape.

FOD Stays Out of Your Recovery Tank An SST-fabricated cyclone assembly (6.25″ ID x 9.25″ tall) captures foreign object debris and particulate matter at the inlet using centripetal force separation — before contamination enters the 600-gallon tank, not after.

Self-Sustaining Between Deployments Four Optima BlueTop batteries power all onboard systems at 24VDC. A Renogy 200W flexible monocrystalline solar panel recharges the unit while it sits. Park it. It’s ready for the next job without a manual charge cycle.

One Operator, One Console Vacuum extraction, fuel transfer, and filtration are all managed from a single 3×2 pushbutton console. Hose rails with J-hooks, an 18-inch manway, and a foam-insert utility box keep equipment organized and accessible.
